■工作原理 Working Mothod■
該機是通過不同幾何形狀的活動剛磨盤在高速旋轉下的相對運動，通過剪切、碾磨、高頻振動而獲得粉碎。粉碎室設有兩道磨碎區，一級為細磨碎區，二級為超微磨碎區，粉碎細度可調節上下剛磨盤的間隙，能有效地一次性達到所需要的超微粉碎效果。該機具有結構緊湊、運轉平穩、噪音小、耐腐蝕、易清洗、維修方便等特點。目前是國內濕法粉碎理想的設備。
With the relative movement of flexible and fixed mills in different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation,the materials are crushed by cutting,pulverizing and high frequency vibration.There are two crushing areas in crushing chamber;the first grade is fine grinding area,The pulverizing fineness an be adjusted by changing the clearance between the upper and down mills.It can well reach the required effect of super-fine pulverizing fineness.It is featured with compact conformation,steady running,low noise,corrosion resistant,easy cleaning,and convenient maintenance,etc.It is now the ideal equipment for wet pulverizing in our county.
